Skylarks awarded Most Outstanding Charity at Extraordinary Achievers Awards 2025

Skylarks MD, Aaron Guiver, was thrilled to be presented with the award for the Most Outstanding Charity at the Extraordinary Achievers Charity Awards on Saturday 8 March.

Some 200 guests attended the inspiring ceremony held at the impressive St Dionis Church in Fulham.

The Extraordinary Achievers Network was set up in 2012 by Lady Waynett Peters to celebrate the impact and greatness being achieved by smaller charities, humanitarians, philanthropists and volunteers, and to raise awareness of the accomplishments of these people and organisations.

Lady Waynett Peters went on to create The Extraordinary Achievers Charity Awards in 2020, to recognise small and medium-sized charities doing extraordinary work and thoughtful acts of benevolence that are making a huge difference to other people’s lives.

Aaron commented, “It was a wonderful evening and we’re all incredibly proud to have won this award. We would like to extend a heartfelt thanks to Lady Waynett Peters and the Extraordinary Achievers Network for the acknowledgement ofthe remarkable work that Skylarks does to support children and families living with disabilities and additional needs.

“It means a great deal to everyone who is involved with the charity, from the employees, the vital network of volunteers, the fundraisers whose invaluable support enables Skylarks to continue to exist, and of course, all the families and children who benefit from our services.”
