We are pleased to offer parents of children with additional needs an opportunity to join an
Online Meditative Support Group with Melinda
*Please do not book if you attended this course last term so other people the opportunity to take part. Instead, please add your name to the waiting list and we will offer you a place if one becomes available*
Priority will be given to those who have not attended this group before, according to our
Fair Access Policy.
Monday evenings - 8.30pm - 9.30pm
This is a 6 week course every Monday evening from Monday 3rd June - Monday 8th July

The group will use yoga, movement, meditation, reflection, sharing and conversation to help unwind at the end of a busy day using Zoom from the comfort of your own homes. Please make sure you have private and comfortable space to use.
