DLA/PIP appointment with Vilma Espinoza
After the 2 hours workshop, there are two one to one slots available with Vilma. The appointments are limited in time to 45 minutes each. *Please book the workshop separately*
Benefits advice surgeries are held on certain Friday mornings at The Crossway Centre, with appointments available with Vilma Espinoza who works for a charity in Kingston. Vilma will help parents complete the Disability Living Allowance (DLA) form. Please note you MUST bring the DLA form with you, either in paper format or online. You will also need to bring any supporting documents and evidence.
The next dates are:
- Friday 10th May
- Friday 14th June
These can also be booked by those who have pre-school children or children not in education, as we are able to offer limited creche facilities on Friday mornings. Please request this when booking.

11.40 - 12.25
12.30 - 1.15
These appointments are free of charge, although donations are appreciated.
